Aparajita Dasgupta is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Coley Lab where she is currently researching on the optimization of biomanufacturing operations using data science and machine learning. Aparajita has a PhD in Materials Design and Innovation from the University at Buffalo. Her research interests lie in the application of data science techniques towards the exploration of problems within the chemical engineering, materials science and biological science domains. Aparajita is also very passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion within the STEM fields. When not working, Aparajita enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and enjoys traveling and reading.
